Overview

ShadowCore ("we," "us," or "our") builds mobile applications, including Noisy Ai. This policy explains what information our apps and this website collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to all current and future ShadowCore applications unless a specific app states otherwise.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to run our apps and improve them over time:

• Audio you provide. Noisy Ai processes audio recordings you choose to import or record, so it can remove noise, filler words, and silence.
• Device and diagnostic data. Basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs, used to fix bugs and maintain performance.
• Usage analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying information about how features are used, so we can prioritize improvements.
• Contact information. If you email us or contact support, we keep the correspondence to respond and resolve your request.

How audio is processed

When you use Noisy Ai, your audio is securely sent to our voice-cleaning API for processing, then returned to your device once it has been cleaned. This transfer is encrypted in transit. We use your audio only to deliver the enhancement you requested — to remove noise, filler words, and silence — and do not use your recordings to train models without your explicit, separate consent.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our apps.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent technical issues or misuse.
• To understand how features are used so we can improve them.
• To respond to support requests and feedback.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not share your audio recordings with advertisers.
• We do not access your microphone or files without permission you've granted through your device's settings.

Third-party services

Our apps may rely on infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting or crash-reporting tools) to operate. These providers process data only on our behalf and under agreements that limit how they can use it.

Data retention

Audio sent to our voice-cleaning API is used only to generate your cleaned recording and is deleted from our servers shortly after processing completes. We do not keep a permanent copy of your recordings. Any diagnostic or analytics data we receive is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and is periodically reviewed for deletion.

Your choices

• You can revoke microphone, storage, or file access at any time from your device settings.
• You can request deletion of any data we hold that's linked to you by contacting us.
• You can uninstall the app at any time, which stops all local data collection.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be highlighted within the app where practical.
