These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShadowCore applications, including Noisy Ai, and this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Using our Services
You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where permitted by law.
- Use the Services to process audio or content you don't have the rights to use.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
Your content
You retain all rights to the recordings and files you process through our apps. By using Noisy Ai, you grant us only the limited permissions necessary to process your audio in order to deliver the requested feature — nothing more. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation of these purchases are handled by the respective app store and are subject to their terms.
Intellectual property
The ShadowCore name, logo, app designs, and underlying software are owned by ShadowCore and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Services as intended.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that audio processing results will be error-free or meet every expectation, and we encourage you to review output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data or content processed through our apps.
Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, including individual features or entire apps, with or without notice, as our product lineup evolves.
Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling the relevant app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
